How do I create a Turn video?expand_more
In order to create your first Turn video, all you need is an image file of the artwork you wish to turn in your video and the audio file you wish for viewers to hear. Once you have those files handy, visit www.turn.audio to begin creating your video.

How do I cancel my subscription?expand_more
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by logging into the customer portal and clicking cancel. In order to visit the customer portal, please login to Turn with your account and click "Billing" in the header or mobile menu.
What are the password requirements?expand_more
When signing up for Turn, your password must be at least 8 characters in length and require one uppercase, one lowercase, one number and one special symbol.
Special symbols include:

What features are included with Pro?expand_more
Thanks for your interest in subscribing to Pro. In addition to removing the Turn watermark, a Pro subscription grants you access to many features. When you upgrade to Pro, you can make videos up to 5 minutes in length. The free version allows only 60 seconds of audio. In addition to the square format, Pro users are able to export landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats for TikTok stories, Instagram reels, Youtube videos and more. Personalize your Turn video even more by customizing your background image. This is a great opportunity to add your own logo or track title. When you subscribe to Pro you help support the development of the app and create opportunities for new and improved features.

How do I confirm my account?expand_more
When you sign-up to Turn, you should receive an email which includes a confirmation code and a link to the confirmation form. Please enter your email address and the confirmation code into the form. If you have not received this code, you can request another code. If you are still unable to confirm your account, please contact support and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I change my password?expand_more
If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to change it, please visit the password recovery page. From here, you can provide your email address and click submit. Then, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation code. Return to the password recovery page and provide the code along with your new password to change your password.
How do I receive an invoice?expand_more
Thanks for being a Pro subscriber. In order to receive invoices and receipts for your past payments, please login to the customer portal by clicking "Billing" in the header or mobile menu. Then, scroll to the bottom to find your invoice history. Click the upwards facing arrow icon to open up the associated invoice and receipt as a PDF. If you’d like to add your mailing address to these documents, you may also update your billing information on the customer portal.
How do I update my payment method?expand_more
In order to update the payment method on your Turn account, please login to the customer portal and find the section titled “Payment Method.” From here, you can add a new default payment method and delete payments which may be expired. Thanks for being a Pro subscriber.
How can I use my videos?expand_more
Turn retains no rights to your content and allows you to use your videos as you wish on your social profiles, in publications, etc. If you wish to remove the watermark, you should subscribe to Pro for this functionality and many other features.
Where do I download the app?expand_more
Turn is a free web app. Turn does not have a native app in the iOS or Android stores. To use Turn, you simply need to visit www.turn.audio and create your video there.
